摘要
采用预乳化工艺和种子乳液聚合的方法,合成了具有核壳结构的皮革用丙烯酸酯乳液。并讨论了乳胶粒核层和壳层的温度、核壳单体质量比、聚合物的玻璃化温度Tg以及交联剂等因素对乳液性能的影响。实验结果表明:当乳胶粒是软核硬壳、核壳质量比为1∶4、聚合物的玻璃化温度为25℃并在反应过程中加入交联剂时得到的乳液具有优良的综合性能。
Acrylic emulsion with core-shell structure, which can be used as the leather emulsion finishing agent, has been synthesized by use of pre-emulsion and seed emulsion the shell temperature of the emulsion particles, core-shell ratio linking polymerization technology. Effects of the core and . the vitrification piont of the polymer and crossagent on emulsion properties were discussed. The results showed that when the emulsion particle is soft-core and hard-shell, core-shell ratio is 1 : 4, the glass transition temperature of the polymer is 25 ℃ and cross-linking agent is added, the comprehensive performance of acrylic emulsion is good.
