Study on the Model of Poverty Relief by Science and Technology in China

文章运用新古典经济学理论,从科技供给和需求的视角构建出中国科技扶贫模式的理论分析框架,并以此为基点结合各地科技扶贫的实践经验,认为科技供给主导模式主要有:科技网络推广模式、区域支柱产业开发带动模式和易地科技开发模式;科技需求主导模式主要有:龙头企业扶持模式、专业技术协会服务模式和小额信贷模式。

By the use of Neoclassical Economics theory, the paper constructs theoretical framework concerning the model of poverty relieving by science and technology in China, for the perspective of supply and demand of science and technology ; furthermore, it is based on the framework and with the conjunction of the experiences of practices in poverty relieving by science and technology, which drawn from the implementation in different locations. The main modes of science and technology supply are scientific networks extension mode, regional main industries development leading mode and the mode of scientific migrant in different regions. The main models of scientific demand are ： support mode of main industries, service mode of specialized technology association and microfinance mode.
