摘要 目的分离和鉴定硫酸异帕米星中的有关物质,并研究其抗菌活性。方法运用色谱学和波谱学方法分离和鉴定硫酸异帕米星中的有关物质,并做体外抗菌试验。结果从硫酸异帕米星中分离得到1个新的有关物质,鉴定了这个有关物质的结构为1N,3N-异帕米星,与异帕米星比较,有关物质1N,3N-异帕米星和3N-异帕米星体外抗菌作用均较低。结论为硫酸异帕米星的质量控制提供了科学依据。 OBJECTIVE To separate and identify related subsance of isepamicin sulfate and to study antibacterial activity of related substances. METHODS Chromatographic and spectroscopic methods were used to isolate and identify the related substance in isepamicin, and antibacterial activity of two related substances was studied. RESULTS A new related substance was isolated from isepamicin and was identified preliminarily as 1N,3N-isepamicin. The antibacterial activity of related substances was lower than that of isepamiein. CONCLUSION This study supplies a scientific basis for the quality control of isepamicin sulfate.
