噬菌体表面展示技术及其在靶向载体构建中的应用
摘要
目的介绍噬菌体表面展示技术及其在靶向载体构建中的应用。方法主要综述了近年来国内外的相关文献。结果采用噬菌体表面展示技术可以高通量筛选单链抗体等靶向分子,将其连接至携载药物或基因的非病毒及病毒载体可提高其靶向性及产生更好的治疗效果。结论噬菌体表面展示技术的发展和成熟将为构建具有高效、特异性的靶向载体提供条件。
