摘要
用克山病病区低硒(Se)粮加铬(Cr)加Se喂养大鼠,观察Cr对低Se状态下心肌损伤的保护作用,超微结构观察发现病区粮组大鼠心肌细胞膜有轻度损伤,核畸形,有切迹,多数线粒体凝聚变性,部分线粒体嵴破坏,甚至消失成空泡变。心肌纤维疏松、纵向和横向断裂、有部分溶解现象,Z带扭曲变性,有的肌丝Z带消失。病区粮加Cr组、加Se组及加Cr加Se组病变明显减轻。心电图及心肌细胞内玻璃微电极检查,病区粮组QRS时限、Q-T间期及动作电位时程APD_(50)、APD_(90)延长,其他各组无变化。证实Cr对低Se状态下心肌损伤有保护作用,并能逆转QRS时限、Q-T间期及APD的改变。Cr的保护作用对于克山病防治具有重要意义。
Rats were fed with low Se grain(from Keshan disease endemic areas) supplemeted with Cr and Se to investigate the protective effect of Cr on myocardial lesions. Ultrastructure examination in group B (fed with grain from Keshan disease area) revealed the most mitochrondrial siege agglutin ation and degeneration (even vacuolar degeneration), parallel and transverse disruption and even lysis of myofibrils, and Z-band degeneration or disapperance. Such changes were very slightin group C,D and E (supplemented with Cr, Se and Cr + Se respectively). The electrophysiological examination showed Q-T interval, APD50 and APD90 were prolonged in group B, but no changes in C,D, E groups. So Cr might not only protect myocardium from lesions in Se deficient condition, but also reverse the electrophysiological change, It suggested that Cr might play a role in prevention and treatment of Keshan disease.
