摘要
对9种并殖吸虫成虫形态特征进行主成分分析及聚类分析,结果表明:在并殖吸虫成虫的6项主要特征中,体形因素及卵巢类型是重要的分类依据。在被分析的9个种中,怡乐村并殖吸虫、斯氏狸殖吸虫、巨睾狸殖吸虫、三平正并殖吸虫、异盘并殖吸虫、陈氏并殖吸虫与卫氏并殖吸虫7个种具有种的独立地位,而泡囊狸殖吸虫和扁囊并殖吸虫未能分别从斯氏狸殖吸虫和卫氏并殖吸虫中分开。
Principal components analysis and cluster analysis of the holotypes and the paratypes of eight species of lung flukes and the specimens of Paragonimus westermeni from the pulmones of a tiger deposited in the Department of Parasitology, Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences indicate:1. Among 6 morphological characteristics freguently used in classical taxonomy of lung flukes, i. e. the body length-width ratio, the ovarian type, the broadest width on the body, the acetabulum position, the dimension ratio of the oral sucker to the acetabulum and the ratio of the length of testes to the body length, the first two characteristics might contribute more reliable significance in the taxonomy of adult lung flukes.2. The species of Paragonimus iloktsuenensis Chen, 1944, P. heterotremus Chen & Hsia, 1964, P. cheni Hu, 1963, P. westermani Kerbert, 1878,Pagumogonimus skrjabini Chen, 1963, P. macro-chis (Chen, 1962) Chen, 1963 and Euparagonimus cenocopiosus Chen, 1962 are valid. Rut it failed to separate Pagumogonimus veocularis Chen & Li, 1979 from P. skrjabini and Paragonimus asymmetricus Chen, 1977 from P. westermani,
