摘要
上半部分[1]全面介绍了敏捷企业的有关概念和企业开展敏捷化工程的有关问题。从企业外部到企业内部,对影响企业敏捷性的因素做了比较详细的分析。给出了一个供美国工业界实施敏捷化工程参考的关键因素优先表。并对中国企业如何利用目前的机遇,通过建立全国一致的商务交换标准和技术体系来快速进入国际大合作的问题提出了具体的建议。下半部分从商务工程的概念出发,着重描述了RRS(可重构、可重用、可扩充)的概念,并通过实例进一步阐述了RRS的10条设计准则。
In the first half of the paper, authorgave a detailed description on the concepts and related problems about agile enterprises.From external enterprise concept to internal enterprise concept,author systematically analyzed the key factorsrelated to the agility issue of an enterprise.In orderto serve as a guide to American industry to starttheir agility transformation,a table about criticalbusiness practices for agile enterprise is given.Also,author presents some suggestions for Chineseenterprise how to use this historical chance to jointhe global corporation by establish a nationwidebusiness interface standard and technical infrastructure.In the second part of the paper, the keyissue is about business re--engineering.Using an example, the author described the RRS (Reconfigurable, Reusable, Scalable) concept and listed tendesign principles for implementing these concepts.
