华西医院于2001年4月成立外勤工作服务中心(中央运输),将各科室负责外勤工作的人员进行集中统一的管理,组成一个为病人及临床提供24小时服务的专业运输中心。服务宗旨:以病人为中心,提供最优质服务,促进整体医疗护理的深入开展;服务范围:病人运送、标本运送、医疗文件和药物的运送;目的:使病人得到更安全、更满意、更舒适、更专业的服务,提高医院的运行和管理效率,使医生、护士满意。

The central transportation system,which managed all the outside office staff uniformly,was built up in April, 2001 in our hospital. The system provided a 24-hour professional transportation centre for both patients and clinical staff. The article introduced the service principle, service range and service goals of the system.
