摘要
用系统辨识方法对一台数控三角轴磨床进行建模,在此基础上研究前馈补偿的控制方法。仿真和实验结果表明,在引入前馈控制环节后复合控制系统的动态响应速度和稳定态精度都得到显著提高。
This paper built a model for a triangle-axial grinder by means of system identification,and studied feed forward control method based onthat mode.The results of both simulation and experiments all showed that dynamical response andsteady precision of the control system were improved significantly after introducing the feedforward control loop.
