分别介绍了用于实验室的食品超高压处理容器、处理固态食品的生产用超高压容器及处理液态食品的生产用超高压容器;分析了推广超高压容器所面临的问题,并提出了相应的研究课题。
The technology of food processingby super high pressure is a high and new technology of food industry in the world today.This papermainly discussed and introduced the super highpressure vessels.They are the vessel for experiment,the producing vessel for processing solid foodand for processing liquid food.The paper analyzedthe problems faced applying super high pressurevessel in food industry and put forward the relevant research tasks.
