抽油杆热处理工艺的改进及其控制系统

Improving on Heat Treatment Technology ofDraw Oil Bar and Control System

对抽油杆的热处理工艺提出改进措施，以中频感应热处理取代用箱式炉为加热设备的方法，通过对中频感应热处理过程的模型化分析，提出了速度控制原理。还介绍了热处理及其控制系统的组成。现场应用表明，改进的热处理工艺及其控制系统效果良好。

Based on the old heat treatmenttechnology of draw oil bar,a series of improvingmeasures are presented in this paper.Medium frequency induction heating furnaces are used insteadof box electric furnaces.According to modelinganalysis about medium-frequency induction heattreatment processes,a method about velocity conrtol is given. The paper also introduces the composition of control system. All of these are realized in afactory and the effect is satisfied.
