摘要
根据船舶在不同会遇情况下的避碰操纵特点,对避免紧迫局面的行动进行了较深入的研究,并在此基础上,基于公认的紧迫局面定义建立了紧迫局面的数学模型.模型根据规则规定和良好船艺的要求对各种情况下避免紧迫局面的行动作了较完全的考虑,具有广泛的适用性.可用于船舶自动避碰系统中确定不同情况下形成紧迫局面的距离.
According to the manoeuvring characteristics of ship collision avoidance in different situations, a comprehensive study on actions to avoid close-quarters situation has been made, and accordingly, a mathematical model of close-quarters situation based on the acknowledged definition of close-quarters situation is established. In accordance with the collision regulation and the requirement of good seamanship, actions to avoid close-quarters situation under various circumstances have been taken into completely consideration in the mathematical model and therefore it is well applicable to determine the distance when a close-quarters situation exists in the automatic collision avoidance systems.
