振管式传感器的模态实验与仿真

摘要 从振管式传感器结构离散化入手,采用数学方法对其进行矩阵分析,并以矩阵形式给出振管的振动方程.然后通过对矩阵的求解分析,得到振动频率和主振型的矩阵表达式.再用Matlab工具建立连续线性杆元模型,进而求得其频率和振型.最后,通过模态实验验证实物模型与仿真模型的差异,将其结果与模型分析相联系,证明振管的数学模型是正确的. The paper started with the vibration tube dispersing, analyzed the matrix by using mathematic method, and the vibration equation of the vibration tube was given. And then the matrix expressions of the vibration frequency and the main vibration model were obtained by analyzing the matrix. Again by using the Matlab tools, the model of the concatenation staff unit was founded, accordingly its frequency and vibration model were given. Finally, the difference of the real model and the simulation model was validated by the mode experiments, relating the results with the analyses of the model, accordingly the mathematic model of the vibration tube can be confirmed to be correct.
