船用增压四冲程柴油机中冷器传热恶化对性能影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 描述了大发6PSHdM-26H柴油机中冷器的功用及运行影响因素,并根据其工作机理和结构特点,建立相应的物理模型和数学模型,确立数值计算方法,给出中冷器传热恶化对柴油机运行性能影响的计算结果及分析.指出中冷器传热恶化对柴油机有效耗油率的影响是双重的,污阻气流阻力增大和冷却能力变小,均使柴油机有效耗油率升高. Considering the working principle and structural properties of the air cooler in Daihastu 6PSHdM-26H diesel engine, this paper describes some roles and influentcing factors of air cooler, analyzes its working processes, establishes its physical and mathematical models in order to set up the numerical calcu- lation method and to get the relative parameters of deteriorated heat transfer in an air-cooler. The paper then points out that the influence of deteriorated heat transfer in an air-cooler on the effective fuel oil consumption of marine diesel engine is dual, that is, the increasing of air flow resistance and dirt as well as the decreasing of cool capacity results in the rising of the effective fuel oil consumption.
