知识供应链的组织模型研究

Research of Organization Model about Knowledge Supply Chain

本文基于知识系统工程及知识网络理论提出和分析了知识供应链概念、特征,并从链条构成主体、知识需求产生方式、知识容量和供需关系三个不同角度,分析了三种不同的知识供应链组织类型,最后针对知识供应链组织特点,从过程演化模型和知识循环模型两个纬度,构建了知识供应链的组织模型。该组织模型为理论和应用研究提供一定组织模式指导框架。

The article put forward the definition and analyzes the characteristics of knowledge supply chain based on knowledge system engineering and knowledge network, and analyzes three kinds of organization type about knowledge supply chain from three different point of view, which are construct main body in chain, and product way about requirement of knowledge, and capacity of knowledge and supply-requirement relationship. Finally, it constructs organization model about knowledge supply chain from two point of view referring to characteristics of organization, which included process evolution model and knowledge cycle model. The organization model offeres a guiding framework for theory research and applying research.
