简要地介绍了苏州市医疗市场及医院的概况。在当前市场经济条件下,医疗行业的竞争日趋激烈,为了最大限度地满足社会对医疗服务的需求,提出2条应对措施:一是根据市场规律合理地配置有限的卫生资源,采取灵活多样的经营形式,加强医院文化建设和资金管理;二是加强成本管理,要树立投入产出观念及成本效益观念,加强药品的成本核算,切实减轻病人的药费负担;要精简机构,逐步实现医院后勤社会化管理,进一步降低人事成本。同时,实行阳光采购,规范进货渠道。

This article gives a survey of medical market in Suzhou and the Affiliated First People＇s Hospital of Suzhou University. In the circumstance of market economy, the competition in medical industry is more and more fierce. In order to satisfy the demand for medical service in a maximum degree, this article provides two ways： one is the optimum distribution of limited medical resources according to the law of motion study on market, taking elastic line of business, strengthing the construction of nosocomial culture and the fund management; the other is strengthing the cost control, building up the conception of input-output and cost-efficiency, strengthing the cost accounting on leechdom, reducing the price of medicine, simplifying administrative structure, achieving logistics-socialization gradually, reducing the personnel costs, mean while, we should carry out the open-door purchasing and the normative channels of purchasing.
