Development of the Assessment Indicator System for Olympic Health Legacy

目的:建立一套比较完善的指标体系,客观反映2008年北京市奥运会对举办城市或国家的居民健康的影响,为“奥运健康遗产研究”提供基本测量工具。方法:利用理论分析和专题组访谈法确定一级指标和二级指标,运用Delphi法确定三级指标体系。结果:形成了一套包含1个一级指标,6个二级指标和56个三级指标的奥运健康影响评估指标体系。结论:通过分析研究过程中的质量控制指标,可以初步认为本研究所获得的指标体系具有较好的代表性和可操作性。

Objection To develop a set of indicator system used in the assessment of Olympic health legacy. Method Use focus group consultation to define the first class indicator and second class indicators. Use Delphi Method to develop the third class indicators, Results A set of indicator system was established, including 1 first class indicator, 6 second class indicators and 56 third class indicators. Conclusion Through analyzing the qualification control indicator of Delphi Method, we can conclude that the index system have quite high representative-ness and maneuverability.
