心脏远程监护仪的用户特征及费用分析 被引量:10

摘要 就心脏远程监护仪用户的基本特征和检查费用进行了科学分析。从来源看,以住院和门诊患者为主(占97.52%);从性别看,男性(占55.97%)多于女性(占44.03%);从职业看,以干部最多(占57.09%);从年龄分布看,以40~89岁居多(占77.14%);从地区分布看,以本市居多(占75.32%);从戴机天数看,以1天为主(占92.52%);从医疗保障情况看,以自费为主(占95.95%)。从检查费用看,心脏远程监护仪低于动态心电图;随戴机天数的增加,其费用降低愈加明显。心脏远程监护仪不仅使用方便,而且可节约医疗资源,减少卫生投入。 The character and charge of users of cardiac remote monitoring apparatus was analysed. Looking into the source, the inpatients and outpatients were primary. Looking into the sex, the male were more than the female. Looking into the occupation, the cadres were primary. Looking into the age, the users from 40 to 89 were primary. Looking into the area, local residents were primary. Looking into the time of girding on cardiac remote monitoring apparatus, the users girding on it one clay were primary. Looking into the iatrical guarantee, the users at own expenses were primary. The charge of cardiac remote monitoring apparatus was lower than that of dynamic electrocardiogram. The longer the time of girding on cardiac remote monitoring apparatus was, the lower the charge of it was. Cardiac remote monitoring apparatus not only was convenient, but also could economize iatrical resource and reduce sanitary investment.
