摘要
采用电子探针和扫描电镜等手段研究了不同成分Cr-Ni-Mo合金对铸造高合金不锈钢金相组织的影响,采用自制的冲刷腐蚀试验机比较了不同Cr-Ni-Mo成分高合金不锈钢和25-20不锈钢在模拟的强冲刷弱腐蚀介质条件(0.1MH2SO4+10%SiO2)中的冲刷腐蚀行为。结果表明,Cr、Mo合金元素促进组织中σ相的析出,Ni抑制σ相的析出;高合金不锈钢的冲刷腐蚀特征均表现为纯冲刷作用为主,腐蚀为辅,同时腐蚀与冲刷之间有很强的交互作用;σ相没有降低高合金材料的耐蚀性,但明显提高了其抗冲刷腐蚀性能。
Effect of Cr-Ni-Mo composition on microstructure of cast high alloy stainless steel was studied by EPMA and SEM, Erosion-corrosion (E-C) behaviors of four kinds of high alloy stainless steels containing different Cr-Ni-Mo chemical composition were investigated in simulated strong-erosion and weak-corrosion medium (0.1M H2SO4+10% SiO2) by using self-made E-C apparatus and SEM morphologies of wear tracks of the samples after E-C. The results show that Cr and Mo and so on significantly promote the Precipitation of σ phase, while Ni reduces the precipitation of σ phase. The characteristics of E-C for cast high alloy stainless steels in simulated medium represented that erosion mass loss rate is dominating, corrosion mass loss rate is subordinate, at the same time strong synergy between corrosion and erosion exist, σ phase did not decrease corrosion resistance of high alloy stainless steels, but improved markedly E-C resistance.
