摘要
基于在系统可编程(ISP)器件的多路数据采样与测量系统由数据选择控制、A/D转换接口控制、ADC0809转换器、存储器、数码管显示和位选择控制等模块组成。系统设计的软件环境采用MAX-PLUSⅡ,应用VHDL语言,在FLEX20K上实现了数据选择控制、A/D转换接口控制、存储、数码显示等模块的设计。A/D转换接口控制模块分为等待、转换和读数3种状态;系统在A/D转换接口控制模块的作用下,依次对输入的8路模拟信号转换为8位二进制数字信号;8位二进制数字信号通过存储器将其转换为相应大小值的七段显示码,送到显示电路中,显示转换后数据值。所设计的系统实现了对多路模拟电压数据的采样、测量,其功能经过验证,测量精度达到0.01,符合设计技术要求。由于ISP器件可反复编程的特点,该系统可以在不改变整体结构的基础上进行升级和维护。
The multi-channel sampling and measuring system based on ISP(In System Programmable) device consists of modules of data-selection control,A/D interface control,AD conversion device, memory,numerical display and code control. The system is developed with VHDL(Very High speed integrated circuit hard Description Language) under MAX + PLUS Ⅱ ,while module designs are realized with FLEX20K. The A/D interface control module is divided into three states:waiting, converting and reading, and under its control ,the 8- channel input analog signals are converted to 8- bit binary digital signals,which are converted into 7- sect displayed BCD codes,stored in memory,and then sent to display circuit. The designed system realizes sampling and measuring for multi -channel analog voltages with precision of 0.01,meeting technical requirements. The system can be upgraded and maintained without changing the whole structure due to the repeatable programming ability of ISP device.
