摘要
针对某立交桥施工中由于跨越已有高架桥所面临的支架顶部标高受限、底部净空要求严格、施工支架跨度大等实际问题,对原有贝雷桁架配合军用墩的施工方案进行了修改,选择HZ450型钢作为跨越高架桥的主体结构,由两边贝雷桁架所形成的悬臂结构来代替原方案中设于高架桥面上的临时支墩,以作为钢梁的两端支撑,从而形成由贝雷桁架与钢梁配合使用的施工支架平台,并对施工支架强度、刚度和稳定性进行了验算。实践证明,该施工方案是切实可行的,并对类似施工问题有一定的指导意义。
When spans viaduct, interchange construction mets several problems,such as elevation limit, headroom limit and large span in bracket construction.The old construction project has been changed, HZ450 profiled bar is used as main body structure, and the cantilever structure formed by bailey truss is used to support the girder instead of the temporary pier in viaduct.The strength, stiffness and stability of construction bracket are checked, and the results show that the construction projest is feasible.
