With SWOT method, transportation system of Huai＇an has been analyzed in order to make sure the advantages and opportunities that can be used and the disadvantages and threats that should be avoided.Then integrated development strategy of Huai＇an transportation is put forward.It includes constructing integrated transportation infrastructure,establishing integrated transportation system and building integrated transportation hub.Transportation system is one of the key factors that affect the economy, integrated and developed transportation system can accelerate the development of Huai＇an.
