摘要
研究了在二甲苯溶剂中,以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,线性低密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐的反应.采用正文实验方法考察了引发剂用量、单体及聚乙烯浓度、反应温度及时间、阻止交联剂的加入量等因素对接枝反应的影响。结果表明各因素对聚乙烯接枝率影响的大小次序是:MAH用量,反应温度,阻止交联剂用量,LLDPE浓度和引发剂BPO用量.阻止交联剂的加入可以有效地防止聚乙烯活性自由基的交联。
Linear low density polyethylene.(LLDPE) has been grafted by maleic anhydride(MAH)in the prasence of xylene solvent and benzoyl peroxide(BPO) initiator. The effect of reaction conditions, such as the concentration of PE,MAH and BPO, the reaction temperature, and the dosage of anticrosslinking agent, on grafting efficiency was studied by orthogonal design and the optimum condition was obtained. The experimental results suggest that there is no crosslinking occured in the grafting reaction and the MAH is grafted onto PE macromolecular chains in monomolecule.
