流动注射pH梯度技术分光光度法同时测定人发中锌铜含量及比值

摘要 研究了以5-Br-PADAP为显色剂,采用流动注射pH梯度技术分光光度同时测定人发中锌铜含量及直接测定锌铜比值的新方法.该方法分析频率达到20~30次/h,测定锌、铜的线性范围分别为0.2~5.0μg/mL和0.1~2.0μg/ML.方法简便快速,准确可靠,且具有良好的重现性,用于实际样品的测定,结果满意. A flow-injection method for the simultaneous determination of zinc and copper in the hair with 5-Br-PADAP using the pH gradient technique has been developed. The linear range for the determination of zinz is 0. 2~5. 0 μg·mL ̄(-1) and for copper is 0. 1~2. 0μg· mL ̄(-1). About 20~30 samples can be determined in one hour.The proposed method is simple ,rapid and accurate. When it was applied to the simultaneous determination of trace amount of zinc and copper in the hair, the satisfactory results were obtained.
