摘要
板翅式风冷换热器在航空电子设备的冷却中被广泛地运用,但是对于高热流密度热源的散热,设计参数的选择不当常常会出现换热器平均温度较低,而局部的高温使电子元器件损坏的情况。用元体平衡法对板翅式风冷换热器进行分析,从降低换热器的温度梯度入手,分析一些参数对温度梯度的影响情况。
Air-cooling-plate-fin heat exchangers have been widely applied in the cooling system of avionic device. For heat transfer of source with high heat flux, because of improper design parameters the comparatively low average temperature on heat exchanger and the very high local temperature may often lead to the damage of electronic components. In order to decrease the temperature grads, element balance method is presented in this paper to analyze the influence of some parameters on temperature grads of an air - cooling - plate - fin heat exchanger.
