摘要
介绍了污水厂CCTV监控系统及综合布线系统的特点及其设计要点。运行效果表明,CCTV监控系统可实现全厂生产区域重要设备及现场的监控,便于中控室值班人员及时发现现场问题、排除故障、保证生产的正常进行及实现厂区四周围墙及大门的安全防范;综合布线系统可便于实现污水厂日常的生产管理及办公系统的自动化,将所有的监控及管理计算机连成一个局域网并通过Intranet与外部相连,可大大提高劳动生产率、降低生产成本,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The characteristics and key design points of CCTV monitoring system and integrated layout system in a wastewater treatment plant were introduced. The operation results show that the CCTV monitoring system can realize a field monitoring of important equipment in the production area of the plant, facilitate the staffs in the central control room to find promptly the problems and remove troubles, ensure a normal production and realize a safety control of the enclosing walls around the plant and the front door. The integrated layout system is convenient for the daily production management and office automation. It connects all computers for monitoring and managing to form a local area network and keeps contacts with outside world through Intranet. The labour productivity is considerably improved, the production cost is reduced, and better economic and social benefits are obtained.
