无锡市城北污水处理厂扩建工程设计

Design of Extension Project of Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wuxi City

无锡市城北污水处理厂设计规模为20×104m3/d,已建一期工程规模为5×104m3/d,二期工程扩建规模为5×104m3/d,污水处理工艺采用厌氧水解+组合生物选择器的Orbal氧化沟工艺,并增设了臭气处理装置。介绍了处理工艺流程、工程设计参数、设备配置情况等,并总结了设计特点及新设备的应用。

Anaerobic hydrolysis and integral bio-selector Orbal oxidation ditch are adopted in Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wuxi with a final design capacity of 20×10^4m^3/d. The firststage project with a capacity of 5 ×10^4m^3/d has been constructed and the second-stage extension project is of 5 ×10^4m^3/d. The deodorizing device is added. The process flow, design parameters, equipment allocation were introduced, and the design features and the application of new equipment were summarized.
