对一种8片式平面钩型换向器换向片组件一步整体反挤压成形工艺进行了实验研究,包括挤压件工艺性分析、保证模具精度和解决金属填充不饱满的方法等,该工艺可用于批量生产．
The experimental study on one-step integral backward extrusion technology of 8-piece flat hook-commutator is conducted, The study includs the analysis of its extrudability and the methods for guaranteeing the precision of extusion dies and solving underfilling of metal, the technology can be used for mass production.
