通过对韶钢宽板厂A36船板控轧控冷工艺的实践研究,得出A36船板合理的控轧控冷工艺,并分析了钒微合金化和控轧温度对船板性能的影响。

Based on the study and research on A36 ship plate production practice by using controlled rolling and controlled cooling process in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Corporation,Ltd. wide and heavy plate mill ,a reasonable controlled rolling and controlled cooling process of A36 ship plate was obtained. Meanwhile, the influence of Vanadium micro-alloying and controlled rolling temperature on mechanical properties of A36 ship plate was analyzed.
