胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes by Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion with Insulin Pump

【目的】评价胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病病人中的治疗效果。【方法】68例2型糖尿病患者分为两组进行胰岛素强化治疗,胰岛素泵持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)组32例,多次皮下胰岛素注射(MSII)组36例。【结果】两组达到目标血糖时,CSII组所需的治疗时间,胰岛素量以及低血糖发生率明显比MSII减少(P<0.01或P<0.05)。【结论】CSII比MSII可以更快、更有效地控制高血糖,降低低血糖的发生率。

[Objective]To assess the efficacy of insulin pump in type 2 diabetes patients . [Methods]Sixty eight patients with type 2 diabetes were studied by two methods of intensive insulin therapy, 32 patients were treated by eontinuous subeutaneous insulin infusion （CSII） with insulin pump and 36 patients were treated by multiple subeutaneous insulin Injeetion（MSII）. [Results]To reaeh the target blood glueose level ,the average duration of treatment , the daily insulin dose and the hypoglyeemia ineidenee were markedly deereased in CSII group eompared with MSII group. [Conelusion]CSII method may eontrol the hyperglyeosemia sooner and more effeetively ,and reduee hypoglyeemie risk eompared with MSII.
