胃癌术后肿瘤标记物的蛋白芯片检测及其意义

Role of Protein-chip for Detecting Tumour Markers in Postoperative Patients with Gastric Cancer

【目的】研究肿瘤标记物蛋白芯片在胃癌病人术后随访中的诊断价值。【方法】将106例已做根治术的病人,分成复发组(n=46)与非复发组(n=60)。采用蛋白芯片技术,检测两组病人血清肿瘤标记物的差别。【结果】复发组与非复发组12项标记物中5项:CEA,CA242,CA125,CA15-3,CA19-9所测定值与测定的阳性率差异均有显著性(P<0.01 orP<0.05)。【结论】肿瘤标记物蛋白芯片在胃癌病人术后随访中,对复发转移的诊断有重要价值。

[Objective]To investigate the role of protein-chip for detecting tumour markers in postoperative patients with gastric cancer. [Methods]Total 106 patients who had radical gastrectomy for cancer were divided into two groups ： recurrence group （ n =46） and control group（ n =60）. Tumour markers in the serum of these patients were detected with protein-chip technique. [Results]The serum contents of CEA, CA242 ,CA125, CA153 ,CA19-9 in the twelve tumour markers showed statistical significance between two goups （ P〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]When the protein-chip of tumour markers is applied to follow up postoperative patients with gastric cancer, it has important value in diagnosis of recurrence or metastasis.
