聚苯胺纤维的电化学合成与表征 被引量:1

摘要 采用循环伏安电化学的方法,在经过处理的石墨棒电极上合成了导电高分子聚苯胺薄膜.透射电镜的结果显示,聚苯胺膜的微观形貌为纤维结构.对合成的聚苯胺纤维进行红外光谱、热重分析表征,确定了聚苯胺纤维的红外特征吸收波数,测得其热分解温度为285.2℃,并利用金属电结晶理论初步探讨了循环伏安制备聚苯胺纤维的成核机理. Conducting polyaniline film was electrosynthezied on a pretreatment graphite rod electrode by the cyclic voltmmetric method in the sulfuric acid. SEM results show that it is nano-fiber micrographs for polyaniline film. The microstructure of nano-polyaniline fiber was determined by IR from the characteristic absorption. The thermal decompose temperature 285.2 ℃ was determined by TG. The theory of electro crystal illuminated the mechanism in the nucleation process of nano-polyaniline.
