摘要
在水相中制备了CdS纳米晶,其在536 nm处有较强荧光发射,用巯基乙酸修饰后与抗雌二醇抗体偶联,制备了CdS纳米晶标记的抗雌二醇抗体标记物,该标记物具有良好的荧光特性,发射波长红移至588 nm.利用该标记物竞争免疫分析法测定雌二醇的线性范围为0.20-8.00 mg/L.
The CdS semiconductor nanoerystals was synthesis in water phase, and it has strong fluorescence emission at 536 nm after modified by mereaptoaeetie acid. The binding of the anti-estradiol antibody with CdS nanocrystals was prepared, and this binding had fluorescence characteristics. An competitive immunoassay method was developed for detecting estradiol by using the synthesized reagent, the linear range for determination of estradiol is 0.20-8.00 mg/L. The result showed that it could be used for determination of estradiol as fluorescence immunoassay reagent.
