我院2003～2005年抗真菌药利用分析

Utilization of Antifungals in Our Hospital During 2003～2005

目的：评价我院抗真菌药利用现状与发展趋势。方法：对我院2003-2005年抗真菌药销售金额、用药频度，以及2005年真菌药敏感性试验报告予以统计、分析：结果：3年中抗真菌药应用品种、销售金额均呈上升趋势，真菌耐药率达32．24％，以白色念珠菌感染和耐药例数居多？结论：为延缓真菌耐药，促进抗真菌药合理应用，需进一步规范临床用药。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the current status and developmental tendency of the utilization of antifungal drugs in our hospital. METHODS：The use of antifungal drugs used in our hospital from 2003 to 2005 was analyzed statistically regarding the consumption sum,DDDs and the antifungal sensitivity test reports.RESULTS：Both the kinds and the consumption sum of antifungal drugs were increasing over the 3 years.The drug resistance rate of fungi was up to 32.24%, much as in cases of candida albicans infection and its drug resistance .CONCLUSION：In order to postpone drug resistance of fungi and promote the rational use of antifungal drugs,clinical medication should be standardized.
