我院2004～2006年不同品种麻醉性镇痛药应用分析

Utilization of Narcotic Analgesics in Our Hospital in 2004～2006

目的：了解麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况。方法：回顾性分析我院2004-2006年住院患者麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况。结果：我院常用麻醉性镇痛药有4种，共2种剂型；所用药品的药物利用指数（DUI）均小于1，大多数药品的DUI未超过0．5。结论：我院麻醉性镇痛药应用基本合理，但晚期癌痛患者治疗剂量明显偏小。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of narcotic analgesics in our hospital .METHODS：The utilization of narcotic analgesics in the inpatients of our hospital during the period of 2004-2006 was retrospectively analyzed .RESULTS： Four narcotic analgesics available in two dosage forms were commonly used in our hospital.Their drug use index（DUI） was all below 1, with few above 0.5.CONCLUSION：The use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital was basically rational, except obvious underdosing for patients with advanced cancer.
