ADR Monitoring in Our Hospital: Problems and Solutions

目的:规范我院药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作的管理,促进ADR监测工作开展。方法:分析我院ADR监测工作现状,找出其中存在的主要问题,提出合理有效的对策。结果与结论:临床医护人员对ADR监测工作的认识不足、对中药不良反应未引起足够重视、从事ADR监测工作的药师人员配备不足、对ADR监测工作投入不足、门诊ADR监测工作不力等是我院当前ADR监测工作中存在的主要问题,解决以上问题有利于ADR监测工作更加顺利开展。

OBJECTIVE：To standardize the administration of adverse drug reaction （ADR） monitoring in our hospital for the purpose of improving ADR monitoring work.METHODS： Current status of ADR monitoring work in our hospital was analyzed, major problems were identified, and proper and effective solutions were proposed. RESULTS： Main problems spotted include medical staffs＇ lack of sufficient awareness about the importance of ADR monitoring,especially ADRs caused by traditional Chinese medicines;insufficiency of pharmacists involved in ADR monitoring;weakness in ADR monitoring at outpatient setting.CONCLUSION：To solve the above said problems can improve ADR monitoring in our hospital.
