摘要 细胞凋亡是指为维持内环境稳定,由基因控制的细胞自主有序的死亡。它涉及一系列基因的激活、表达以及调控等作用;它并不是病理条件下自体损伤的一种现象,而是为更好地适应生存环境而主动争取的一种死亡过程。凋亡是个井然有序的过程,大量的分子和途径参与了细胞凋亡发生。本文旨在对近几年来对细胞凋亡的最新进展中的几个活跃领域作一回顾。 Cell apoptosis is an autonomic ordered programmed cell death in order to maintain homeostasis, which is controlled by serial genes. A series of activation, expression and regulation of genes is involved in the process, it is not a kind of self-injury in pathology condition but an active death process to pursuit a better accommodation to living environment. Apoptosis is an ordered process, numerous molecules and approaches are involved in its initiation. The present article is a review on several active domains of latest development in cell apoptosis.
