目的:探讨我国化学制药企业的内向国际化经营及其对开展外向国际化经营的影响。方法:运用国际化经营的理论,结合我国化学制药企业内向国际化经营的实际情况,进行实证分析。结果与结论:我国化学制药企业通过有效的内向国际化经营在技术、资金、实力等方面得到了增强,从长远看有利于外向国际化经营的实现。

OBJECTIVE： To study the inward international business of the Chinese chemical pharmaceutical enterprises and its impact on the development of outward international business. METHOD： An evidence- based analysis was conducted on the inward international business activities of the Chinese chemical pharmaceutical enterprises using the general principles of international business. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Chinese chemical pharmaceutical enterprises can beef themselves up in technology, capital and competence through effective practice in inward international business. This, in the long run, will benefit and facilitate their practice in outward international business.
