摘要
目的:为规范我国的药品广告市场提供借鉴。方法:分析药品广告对经济社会的积极作用,并结合我国近年来屡屡出现的虚假药品广告问题,剖析其泛滥的原因。结果与结论:药品广告是我国广告市场的重要生力军,它的存在有其客观必然性。治理虚假药品广告应以加强广告法律法规管理和增强消费者素质并重。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the current status of pharmaceutical advertising market in China for improved regulatory control. METHODS: The positive contribution of pharmaceutical advertising to the economy and society was analyzed, and the reasons behind fraudulent drug ads that occurred frequently in recent years were examined. RESULTS&CONCLUSION : Pharmaceutical advertising forms the mainstay of China' s advertising market, which is needed for marketing purposes. To regulate fraudulent drug ads, related regulatory control should be strengthened in combination with enhancing consumers' knowledge.
