Development of 167 dtex/38 f trilobal section bright soft package textured yarn

通过正交实验探索加弹工艺条件，开发具有最大光泽亮度，并具有筒子直接染色功能的167dtex／38f三角截面DTY产品。当生产速度为450m／min，假捻器工作盘数为1-4—1，变形温度为140℃，定型温度为220℃，D／Y比为1．8，拉伸倍数为1．59，卷缩为1．63％时，可生产出密度在0．39～0．41g／mm^3的松筒丝筒，满足直接筒子染色的需求。

The textured technological conditions were studied through the orthogonal experiment. The 167 dtex/38 f trilohal section DTY product with maximum brightness and can be direct dyed with the package was developed. When the production speed is 450 m/min,the false twister working plate number are 1-4-1 ,the textured temperature is 220 ℃ ,D/Y is 1.8,the drawing ratio is 1.59,the shrinkage is 1.63% ,the soft package which density is from 0.39 to 0.41 g/mm^3 can be predueed. The package can meet the request of direct package dyeing.
