Based on NX MasterFEM/NX Nastran Finite Element Analysis of Working Equipment of Wheel Loader

应用NX MasterFEM对某装载机工作装置进行建立CAD模型装配和有限元模型装配,使用NX NASTRAN有限元分析软件对装载机工作装置进行应力分析,确定工作装置中的各部件在正常工况下是否能够承受相应载荷,是否满足工作要求。

The paper describes the CAD model assembly and the FEM assembly of working equipment of wheel loader by using the software of NX MasterFEM. The stress analysis based on NX Nastran is done to working equipment of wheel loader and decide whether every part of working equipment can bear relevant loads or meet the working demand under the normal working conditions.
