摘要
针对目前公差设计中存在的问题,提出了一种基于试验设计(DOE)的公差稳健设计方法。分析了基于DOE进行公差设计的一般方法及步骤,并对试验设计的策略进行了研究,讨论了对试验结果进行分析的方法,最后用公差设计实例进行了验证,结果表明该方法是合理有效的。
This paper gives a new method of robust tolerance design based on Design of Experiment （DOE）. It ：analyses the general steps to design the tolerance based on DOE , does the researches on the experiment-designing ways, discusses the method of result analyzing and validates the tolerance instances. It is proved that this method is logical and effective.
