Therefore, they should not take single financing forms, instead, they should have an effective combination of various financing forms. And to help the medium and small scientific ＆ technological enterprises out of their difficulties in financing, the following breakthroughs should be made： to make clear the government＇s responsibility in the financing system for the medium and small enterprises; to establish a sound and scientific venture investment operating mechanism; to reform the current management ways of bank loans; to regulate and develop the main board of the stock market, providing it with a broad financing space.
