Observation of Extracellular Matrix by SEM After Localization using Frozen Sectioning

本文介绍了应用冰冻切片定位,制备观察特定断面的扫描电镜样品的方法。此法操作简便,定位准确。实验结果表明,制备的样品可以较完好的在原位保存器官的各种组织结构,尤其是组织间存在的纤维状的细胞外基质。此法适用于所有可进行冰冻切片的生物样品。

This paper reports tissue localization method using frozen sectioning for observing extracel-lular matrix on the specific fracture surface of tissues in SEM. Results proved that this method is convenient and accurate for Iocalization and able to reserve various structures of the organ in situ, specially fibre-like extracellular matrix between the tissues. This method is also suitable for many biological materials.
