摘要
目的探讨危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)在采供血过程中的应用。方法应用HACCP的原理和方法,对采供血过程进行危害分析,确立关键控制点,建立纠偏措施。结果血源招募、试剂耗材与血袋验收、血制品的冷链控制、实验仪器的校准是影响血制品质量的主要原因,被确立为关键控制点,并对其运行情况进行验证。结论在采供血过程中实施HACCP系统管理,可以有效地保证血制品的质量。
Objective To study on the application of HACCP in process of blood collection and supply. Methods Use principle and method of HACCP to analyze the harm in process of blood collection and supply. Results The main reasons and influencing factors are in blood source, reagent, blood sack proving, cold chain control of blood preparation, and authorization of laboratory apparatus. These factors are used as key control points and running statue is authenticated with the factors. Conclusions The quality of blood can be ensured effectively by using system management of HACCP in process of blood collection and supply.
