地网流散电流对二次电缆影响引起保护误动的分析及对策

摘要 基于地网流散电流因二次电缆绝缘降低在电力系统造成变压器、线路多次继电保护误跳闸事故原因进行了详细分析,提出了在工程施工及电力运行中预防地网流散电流的相关措施。 In this paper, reasons of fault trip of relay protection of transformer and transmission lines resulted from insulation decrease of secondary cable caused by dispersed current of the grounding grids of the electric power system are analyzed in detail. And then, related solutions of anti - dispersed - current during engineering construction and electric power operation are put forward.
