摘要
详细讲述了聊城500kV变电站一起ABBHPL550B2型断路器无法合闸故障的经过并分析了故障原因。由于合闸缓冲器漏油引起的主轴弯曲,机械联锁杆无法抬起导致断路器无法合闸。就故障原因提出了在检修维护即日常巡视中应采取的措施即注意事项。
The malfunction process of an ABB HPL550B2 circuit breaker failing to close in Liaocheng 500KV substation is illustrated and the reason is analyzed in this paper. Due to the oil leakage of the close buffer caused by bend of the main axis, the machine interlock pole failed to lift. Therefore, the circuit breaker couldn＇t be closed. Based on this reason, related steps and notations during the maintenance and routine examination are put forward in the article.
