菊粉增加骨密度功能的评价及在乳制品中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文概述了菊粉的性质、功能及应用,并对菊粉及膳食纤维牛奶增加去卵巢大鼠骨密度的功能进行了评价试验,显示牛奶和菊粉对去卵巢大鼠骨密度的影响有叠加效应,而且与菊粉的含量成正比。 The function, property and application of inulin were summarized. The effects of inulin and fiber milk on the bone mineral density (BMD) of ovariectomized rats were studied. The result shows that inulin and milk have epistatic effect on increasing the bone mineral density of the ovariectomized rats, which is in proportion to the dosage of inulin.
