With the rapid development of e-commerce, the online payment is changing our way of consuming. This article first analyzes the factors that hinder the progress of online payment including security, credit issue, online banking and CA agent. Then, basing on the status of China commerce environment, offer solution for those problem which need endeavor of the three stakeholders, government, banking and vendors.
