手机购电模式浅析

Analysis of Using Mobile Phone to Purchase Electricity

介绍一种新型手机购电模式,它是利用专用的手机卡(SIM卡)提供给用户购电操作菜单,用户将购电信息发送到供电公司,供电公司依据购电字数,将费用从用户指定的账户扣除,同时将购电成功信息返回给用户SIM卡。此后用户将手机卡取出,放入专用卡套内,插入IC卡电表,自动完成电量下载操作。在RSA或DES安全算法支持下,可以建立无线方式下的安全支付环境。

A kind of new purchasing electricity mode using mobile pbone was introduced, which provides the operating menu of purchasing electricity for user adopting special SIM card. The user will send pro-chasing electricity message to power supply company, and the company deducts the cost from account designated by user aceording to the number of purchasing electricity, at the same time the information about purchasing electricity successfully will be sent back to user＇ s SIM card Hereafter, the user takes out the card of mobile pbone and puts it into the special case, and inserts it into electricity meter of IC card to finish download operation of electricity quantity. Under the support of RSA or DES safe algorithm, the safe payment environment in wireless mode can be established.
